Brain Damaging Habits

Brain is an important organ of our body. Due to its control over whole while & relation with other body part it is assumed to be the most active part of our body. To sustain its function, Brain requires constant supply of Oxygen. Besides oxygen some body tactics do support brain function. Following habits might hamper Brain from functioning normally.

There are some things you do every day. You can brush your teeth, go to work, cook and sleep. These are common and daily activities. Who thinks even normal activities can harm your health?
Snacking.
Eating when you’re not hungry can create all sorts of problems. Junk food is usually consumed, so unhealthy foods are consumed, which leads to weight gain, high levels of sodium and cholesterol.
Watching TV.
Everyone loves to sit and watch a good movie, but the Reader’s Digest indicates that many good things can get worse. Sitting on television means that you are more likely to eat a snack and be less active. Use it wisely.
Increased Screen time; Cell phones.
Cell phones are excellent devices when used correctly, but today they are connected to them. Cosmopolitan shares the fact that when used before bedtime, the light of cell phones or tablets awakens the brain. If you sleep, your sleep quality will be worse than when you turned off the device long before bedtime.
Sleeping.
WebMD notes that although many people don’t get enough sleep during the week, sleeping on the weekends can be worse than a lack of sleep. By sleeping in, you throw off your body’s rhythm and can trigger headaches.
